Eurostar provides free boarding assistance. Staff will meet you at the station, help with luggage, guide you through border control and security, and assist with boarding using a ramp. To arrange this:

  1. Book your ticket
  2. Contact Eurostar's Special Assistance team at least 48 hours before travel
  3. Arrive at the station at the recommended time (usually 60–90 minutes before departure)
  4. Go to the assistance meeting point in the station

Travelling with Mobility Aids

Visual & Hearing Impairments

Guide dogs and assistance dogs travel free on all Eurostar services. Departure information is displayed on visual screens at all stations. Staff are available to assist with navigation through check-in, border control, and boarding.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets with grab rails and emergency call buttons are available on board in carriages adjacent to the wheelchair spaces. Accessible toilets are also available at all Eurostar stations.
